Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of img2ppt (the “Service”), operated by Buzzinga Design LLP (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

img2ppt converts an image you upload into a PowerPoint (.pptx) file in which elements are reconstructed as natively editable objects. Output quality depends on the input image and is not guaranteed.

2. Your content and your responsibilities

You represent and warrant that, for every image you upload:

• you own the image or hold all rights and licenses necessary to use it with the Service;
• you have the legal right to reproduce, edit, and convert the image, including converting it into an editable presentation asset;
• your upload and your use of the resulting output do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or privacy right of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for any infringement claims arising from it.

3. License you grant us

You retain all ownership of your uploaded images and of the generated output. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process each uploaded image solely to generate the output you requested and to operate the Service. We claim no other rights in your content.

4. Third-party AI processing

Uploaded images may be processed by trusted third-party AI services solely to provide the requested conversion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is unlawful, that you lack rights to, or that contains another person’s private information without permission. We may reject, remove, or refuse to process any content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or violates these Terms, and we may suspend access for repeated violations.

6. Payment

Paid features are billed as described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a conversion has been delivered.

7. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you upload or from your breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
