These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of img2ppt (the “Service”), operated by Buzzinga Design LLP (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
img2ppt converts an image you upload into a PowerPoint (.pptx) file in which elements are reconstructed as natively editable objects. Output quality depends on the input image and is not guaranteed.
img2ppt is currently in public beta: features and limits may change, and the Service is provided without uptime or availability guarantees. Conversions are metered in credits as described in Section 7.
You may convert an image without an account. Downloading the generated .pptx requires signing in, either via a one-time email link or with Google. We use this only to identify your conversions and let you download them. See the Privacy Policy for what account data we hold and for how long.
You represent and warrant that, for every image you upload:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for any infringement claims arising from it.
You retain all ownership of your uploaded images and of the generated output. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process each uploaded image solely to generate the output you requested and to operate the Service. We claim no other rights in your content.
Uploaded images may be processed by trusted third-party AI services solely to provide the requested conversion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, that you lack rights to, or that contains another person’s private information without permission. We may reject, remove, or refuse to process any content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or violates these Terms, and we may suspend access for repeated violations. We also apply daily conversion limits to keep the beta usable for everyone; they may be applied and changed without notice.
Converting an image costs one credit. New accounts receive a small number of free credits; additional credits are sold in one-time packs. Credits never expire, are tied to your account, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record: Paddle handles checkout, applicable VAT/sales tax, invoices, and receipts. The full price is shown before you pay. Prices may change, but changes never affect credits you already own.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, without giving a reason and whatever number of credits you have used. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and every credit that purchase granted is removed from your balance at the same time, which can leave the balance below zero if you had already spent some of them. A chargeback that is raised and upheld removes the credits it takes back the same way: the whole purchase if the whole charge was disputed, or the matching share of it if only part was. Separately, if a conversion fails, its credit is returned to your balance automatically; if a conversion completes but the result is unusable, report it in the app and we’ll return the credit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you upload or from your breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and beta features may change or be removed at any time. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to USD 100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
