This policy explains how img2ppt, operated by Buzzinga Design LLP, handles your data when you use the service.

1. What we collect

• Uploaded images — the image you submit for conversion.
• Job records — the generated .pptx output, processing logs, filename, timestamps, and the settings you chose.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and operations.

2. How we use uploads

Uploaded images are processed only to generate the PowerPoint output you requested and to show you your job history. We do not use your images for advertising, and we do not sell your data. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or of the generated output.

3. Third-party AI providers

To perform the conversion, uploaded images may be processed by trusted third-party AI services (such as Anthropic and Google) solely to provide the requested conversion. These providers process the image on our behalf as part of delivering the service and are subject to their own privacy and data-handling terms.

4. Security

Uploads are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
